marshall badger.... accompanied tony comer & crosswinds, the varson community choir, taylor made jazz, melba moore and kim waters. opening act for: angela bofill, gerald alston and blue magic; kofi wilmont and kim waters at the tralf.

marshall badger has been playing the guitar since the age of seven. at age 27 this dynamic musician founded the marshall badger band and began performing R & B and smooth jazz throughout western new york.

after 10 years he transitioned to his reggae band, positive force. marshall traveled to NYC with kofi wilmont. he moved on to work with taylor made jazz whose USO Tours took him abroad to 23 countries and 7 islands.

after years of travel, marshall returned to his roots, the church, and re-established his spiritual walk with christ.  he became inspired to write music and began working on his cd. marshall held recording sessions in 1989 and 2005. four years later, he completed his cd with top producer, kenny hawkins (former music director for rick james), along with long time friend, dr. jerry livingston, on bass.

marshall was awarded best jazz guitarist from 1995 to 1998 by buffalo music awards night life magazine, and recently awarded the hall of fame legacy award for 2009.

marshall states the lyrics and music were inspired by god who gave him the strength to create this project in the midst of storms. he titled the cd P.U.S.H.....pray until something happens to inspire others in being steadfast and unmovable.

his favorite track is "in his time" because god gives us seasons (eccl. 3:1-8). this anointed cd was completed in his time and the season to P.U.S.H. is now.
